  2. Humor is appreciated but...seriousness is needed. Does the seawall buffer rotate constantly? -JWW

  3. But seriously..
The idea behind the sea wall buffer was that the sea walk would rotate, but would do so under manual control, movement would be facilitated by the wind.

I did research on the breakwaters and I was wondering where you found your information on the currents and average water depths?

  5. Jayne: Im interested and excited with the boardwalk movement through both the commercial and private docking areas. I feel like this confront the issues of public access to conventionally private spaces.

I got a few things... Where were the 3 perspectives shown be located on the Master Plan? Also, I don't know what you guys were told or what parameters y'all were working in but there is a major change in grade from the eastern shore of the cove to the water, How were you planning on dealing with the change in topography and the path that is located in that area?

  8. John--I like the boardwalk idea also, both for public access and ecological protection. It also would address the issue of elevation change, which I think happens to the east of the breakwater.

  9. No, the perspectives are not marked...thanks for pointing it out...
Hydraulics and levitation were the initial ideas, but then, just now, I opted for a gradual grade change.

  11. I like the "City with Everything" diagram. Is there any strategy behind why you chose to separate the space that way?
